We get ready for the new season with brand new online customer booking journeys for Beaulieu Motor Museum's website.

Building on our experience with Access Gamma's booking API and ticketing system, we've been building out a fully customised booking journey for Beaulieu Motor Museum.

APIs are like plugs and sockets - they plug together to create a joined up process, and for attractions that means we can use APIs to join systems together and proved seamless user journeys for guests as they book tickets.

Beaulieu's Access Gamma integration has some great highlights - 

  • Full control over the customer flow
  • Unlocks customised Gift Aid functionality
  • Database integration for ongoing visitor marketing campaigns
  • Direct integration with Sagepay/Opayo for optimised secure payment process 
  • Mobile-first templates for guests to easily choose their date/time and tickets
  • Basket to enable customers to buy multiple ticket types and events at once

This is the foundation of their Access Gamma integration.  We are building in further customised flows for their flagship events to help save their team time, and grow online revenue over 2022.
