Momentum is our ongoing conversion rate optimisation (CRO) programme.
Why Momentum?
We have been offering conversion rate optimisation for some of the UK’s biggest attractions for over 5 years. In 2019, we decided to bring together our experience and knowledge, along with all of our favourite tools and services, to offer a structured, more formal CRO process.

How do we do it?
Our process is simple, but we’re always learning. Optimisation is an ongoing, day-in, day-out process:
- Objectives & analytics
We’ll work closely with you to understand your business objectives and KPI’s. Then we’ll make sure that everything that needs to be tracked, is being tracked. - Research & insights
Using both qualitative and quantitative data, we’ll learn more about your audience; who they are, how (and why) they are using your website. - Create hypotheses and testing plan
Based on the data gathered in the previous stages, we’ll come up with solutions, and prioritize them, inline with your business needs. - Test
We’ll design, build and implement experiments. These will data driven and are always run for a minimum of 2 weeks. - Analyse and repeat
We always learn from tests, regardless of the result. The most important thing is to analyse the data, learn from it, then go again.
